The handle is made from the old oak balks from the Burg Castle in Solingen.

The blade is a special treat:
The hand-forged stainless damask not only has a breathtaking pattern, but also impresses with its high toughness and hardness (60 HRC), which makes the Böker Core Damascus not only an exclusive collector's item, but also an outstanding performance for all cutting tasks in the kitchen guaranteed.

The forged splitting piece made of 300 layers of damask is heated to red heat here in Solingen and is knocked into its beautiful shape by a 2-ton dropper in the die.

Each of these knife works of art is delivered with a certificate of authenticity and an individual serial number in a high-quality, leather-covered gift box.
