Ravi is based on a revolutionary concept that will cool your wine to the ideal temperature instantly and will keep working for more than an hour after you take it out of the freezer.

Ravi has to be placed in the freezer for 6 hours before you use it. Once you remove it from the freezer, assemble ravi's two components and place the device on the neck of your wine bottle.

Place your thumb on the air-intake valve and tip the bottle sharply. Once it's in the serving position, remove your thumb to let the wine flow.

When serving the first glass of red wine, pour the wine without slowing the flow. For the second glass, slow the flow slightly by placing your thumb on the air intake; for the third, slow the flow a little more, and so on. With repeated use (several glasses), the inside of the tube is warmed by the flow of the wine, so you must slow the flow to ensure sufficient cooling.
