I. Validity
All deliveries and services of DECKENBACHER & BLÜMNER (D & B) are based on the following Terms of Trade.

II. Order
E-Mail orders from the Solinger Online-Shop will be treated every workday (Mo-Sat) until 14.00 CET (2 p.m. CET).
Orders which arrive later will be attended the next workday.

III. Delivery
Your order will be sent to you directly and fast, normally within a couple of days. We dispatch your merchandise the same day we receive your order (and get the authorisation code of your preferred credit card organisation).
The delivery is insured by us. We cannot deliver to your P.O.Box adresses. Damages must be reported immediately to the carrier. Other faults or incompleteness must be reported to us within 8 days after reception of delivery.


IV. Prices, Taxes and Duties
All prices in the Solinger Shop (english version) are quoted in Euro (alternative currency U.S. Dollar is an approximate value based on the latest currency relation).

All prices shown in the Solinger-Onlineshop include the Austrian VAT (20 %). All Non-EU-Residents have the right to shop taxfree. To get that reduction please put all desired articles in the shopping basket and afterwards register by declaring your country of residence. Automatically all prices will be shown and charged without tax after that.

Customs Information: Non EC residents may be subject to import-duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their level.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For further information please contact your local customs authorities.

V. Redeliveries
You have the right to return the merchandise within 7 days after reception. All returned items must be in unobjectionable condition and in the original box. You will receive the money back in the same way you paid it to us. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Please notice that due to hygenic reasons D & B cannot take back products of personal use. Therefore D & B secures that absolutely no one else used a razor, nail scissors or hair scissors before. We are shure that you have understanding for this precaution.

VI. Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any item on this site. Please consult your local and state laws before ordering, if you are in doubt. By placing an order the buyer assures that that the ordered items will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. D & B will not be held liable for the misuse of any product in this site. No product is 100% effective against attack.
D & B takes no responsibility if a product of this site is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or even death.

VII. Proprietary of Rights and Legal Domicile
All deliveries of D & B are done under reservation of title. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Viennese court of law (in Vienna, Austria).
